Welcoming Your Baby Shouldn’t Feel Overwhelming

If you’ve never booked a newborn photographer before, it can feel like stepping into the unknown. My goal? To make this the easiest, most relaxed part of your entire newborn experience. From the moment you book your Austin newborn session to the final gallery delivery, everything is designed to feel simple, calm, and completely taken care of, so you can focus on your baby (and maybe getting a little sleep).

What It’s Like to Work With Me

This is not a “show up and figure it out” kind of experience. I guide everything, from how baby is posed, to how we incorporate parents and siblings, to the overall flow of your session. You don’t need to know what to do. That’s my job.

Sessions are:

  • Calm and baby-led

  • Never rushed

  • Fully guided from start to finish

Most of the time, parents are sitting back on the couch, sipping coffee, scrolling their phones, or just enjoying a quiet moment while I work. After 11+ years of photographing newborns, I’ve learned how to read babies quickly, adjust as needed, and create a smooth, stress-free experience.

Booking + Timing (Don’t Stress About This Part)

Most clients book during their second or early third trimester. I’ll tentatively reserve space around your due date, and once baby arrives, we’ll choose the actual session date. No guessing. No pressure. I’ll walk you through it. And even if your baby is already here, I often have space to squeeze you in so don’t hesitate to contact me.

Everything Is Provided (Yes, Really)

You don’t need to bring outfits, wraps, or props for your baby.

I provide:

  • All wraps and outfits

  • Headbands, bonnets, and accessories

  • Props, backdrops, and setups

Everything you see in my portfolio is part of what’s included in your session. Most store-bought items don’t photograph well or fit newborns properly anyway, so I’ve curated everything specifically for this. Parents + siblings wear their own clothing, but I’m always happy to help you plan outfits that photograph beautifully.

Personalizing Your Session (The Fun Part)

If there’s something meaningful you’d love to include, I’m all in.

Some examples:

  • family heirlooms

  • hobbies or careers

  • sentimental items

  • subtle themes

I’ll help design it in a way that still feels timeless and cohesive with your gallery, not overly themed or trendy.

Simple, All-Inclusive Packages

I keep pricing straightforward. No hidden fees. No confusing add-ons.

You’ll choose a package based on:

  • how many images you want

  • whether you’d like parents/siblings included

Every session includes:

  • Fully edited digital images

  • A private online gallery

  • The option to purchase prints (completely optional)

The Session Experience

When you arrive, everything is already set up and ready. We’ll spend a few minutes chatting and settling in, then I’ll take it from there.

Sessions are slow and flexible to allow time for:

  • feeding

  • soothing

  • transitions between setups

If parents or siblings are included, we’ll guide you through those photos in a natural, relaxed way. And if you’re not in the photos? You get to sit back and enjoy a quiet break while I do my thing.

After Your Session

Within a day or two, I’ll share a little sneak peek (because I know you’ll be excited 😊). Your full gallery will be ready in about 2 weeks.

From there, you can:

  • download your images

  • share with family and friends

  • order prints if you’d like

A Quick Note About Editing- All images are professionally edited, including things like baby acne, flaky skin, or minor imperfections. So if you’re worried about any of that… don’t be. I’ve got you.
